Well, the police knew they didn't have a case. If they did, they would have prosecuted. The only reason they didn't prosecute is because there was directly contradictory testimony. If there had been no testimony, no witnesses, just her word against theirs, they would have 100% prosecuted, and have a very good chance at getting a conviction.

I find it quite disconcerting. There must be one though surely. I mean, there have to be some feminists that aren't afraid of actually having a productive back and forth. I'm not even saying that facetiously, there actually do have to be some out there.
