Character assassination, nice. If you ever wonder why people don't take MRA's as anything more than immature manbabies, you can just take this example where one of you compared feminism to rape. I figured I'd lurk a bit and see if there was some merit to the MRM, but it seems it is just the other side of the radicalized coin.

I wasn't saying you should be debating, I meant basically what you just said. Each side getting behind good initiatives that the others have.

I'm not going to call myself a feminist, but that doesn't mean I don't consider myself an ally. Why is that a problem?

Then cut that person out of your life. There will always be someone who won't shut up about something, pick your battles and your friends to minimise this if you have a problem with it.

Exactly, so by making a comic in which only stereotypes are used all it does is cement the stereotype. It would be far better to reach across the aisle and have constructive collaboration than it is for both sides to try and tear each other down. The best way for the MRM to be taken seriously and not labelled as "he-man woman haters" is to focus on positively impacting society to break down gender biases. I'm sure there are feminists out there that want nothing more than to grind men under their…

you do realise you could replace a couple words in this and you would have an MRA as the person on the right?
