People get arrested and jailed for not paying parking tickets. It's a shame that he got busted for exploring. His parents should have explained the ground rules before he started getting curious. As it is, asking for help afterward is just transferring responsibility to the state; something I thought Texans tried to avoid. As it is, it's his own fault for failing to follow the rules set for him after release.
