2	Hygiene & Grooming You can use Q-tips just don’t shove them in your ears. Sometimes wax leaks out and you can use it to clean up and the little areas on the outside of your ears. Dead skin likes to build up in the small creases. I second the sugar scrubs. Coconut oil, sugar, a drop of peppermint oil, and a smidge of honey. Smells good and feels good with the peppermint.
