Happened to me in my teenage years and I was lucky that the consequences weren’t life crushing but it definitely woke me up to how people could manipulate others to bring you down. If I had been in my 20s or 30s when that happened, I probably would’ve lost my job and experienced any number of social consequences.

I think some dudes get hung up on chasing a woman only to have them put the guy into a friend zone where that type of guy clearly does not want to be. They'll try to endear themselves to a woman that does not want them sexually and live in a state of constant frustration.

I find if you have to tell people you're nice then you're probably not. Its some kind of insecurity in these guys lives that has warped the meaning of the word nice. I behave the same whether it's men or women and being a good person by being polite is not weakness unless you try to use it to get laid. Then it turns into this weird begging for sex kind of standpoint where you see these outbursts from "nice" guys about women fucking the bad boys.

What ruin? Its not that serious out here. This idea of finding the perfect fairy tale mate is just that, a fairy tale. A real relationship takes work but it has to be work you feel good about doing and not all women are worthy of it. I've met some great women in my life that I would never call evil but it's a minority when looking out on the landscape.
