| 4 | Long term relationships fail a cost/benefit analysis for men outside the top 20%Man who hasnt driven a car in a decade: “damn driving a car is literally the most important thing in the world?” | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/06/24 10:32 AM |
| 6 | Long term relationships fail a cost/benefit analysis for men outside the top 20%I haven’t had sex in a year and I’ve only had sex in the context of three different long term relationships. It can be pretty great. It’s also not nearly as good as the casual intimacy, knowing you have someone you cares about you, having a friend who will do shit with you whenever. I miss those things. I opened up to an ex about a lot of very personal things, when we were in a relationship. After we broke up, and I got into a new relationship a few months later, she preceded to send my new gf as well as mutual friends all of these personal things. It sucked. Will avoid opening up about those things in the future. Far from the only example. I am confused by the fact that you seem to think this … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/09/22 06:14 AM |

The results of holding back and not always saying what’s on your mind anymore are immediate and dramatic. It is unfortunate but if you want to have successful relationships you need to be distant to a degree | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/09/22 06:11 AM |
