Sure IF helps a lot. Just fyi BCAA actually break the fast a little bit. I do also drink coffee but i now take caffeine pills with l-theanine. And i also stop taking coffee after 2-3pm or else it messes up my sleep. Are you able to take all these carbs ok? Sounds like a very big insulin spike to me. I do take cinnamon when its carb day to help with the insulin.

Thanks for the answer. I do also lift and do lean gains so i know about this stuff. Now that i think it better you are doing PPL 6 days a week so 12 cal per body weight seems OK if you count the fact that weightlifting burns 250 average per hour. I personally do greyskull LP 3 days a week so 12 cal per bodyweight is high for me. Anyway thanks for the reply.

What you mentioned is when a healthy individual eats food that suppresses the thyroid. Mine is true hypothyroidism (subclinical) and when it happened i was eating zero leafy greens.
