please don’t. you have a limited view of what is possible right now and need to find outlets where you can learn to not identify with your thoughts all the time. there are ways to overcome what you are feeling, many people have done it. your life is what you think about https://youtu.be/y5x-KjBME_E watch this, you can do it

bro you have mental health problems and self esteem problems. obviously women won’t find you desirable. you fix those problems then people will begin to treat you differently. what you exhibit is known as self-fulfilling prophecy. look it up

the real funny here is the lack of awareness you have. keep making people’s day champ

humor is a skill bro, you shot and missed. then have the audacity to be like “but i made funny????? why downvote me???????”

and then what macklemore? any other wisdom in those thumbs of yours?

first of all, you didn’t tell him that. you quoted macklemore. secondly, i have no idea how you think what you said was helpful. it genuinely is not advice for gaining confidence. stop being so dense. obviously you’re gonna be downvoted, use your brain. walk up to the club, read the fucking room and don’t get butthurt when the people at the club don’t wanna be around your goofy ass

well to be frankly honest, i would aim to tackle this first. mental health issues are not exactly attractive. but beyond that, you owe it to yourself to design a life your proud of, the issue is people aren’t going to fix it for you. you gotta be responsible and take yourself in hand. life is fucking hard, and things worth living for definitely do not come east. modern society allows us to habitually choose easy, quickly gratifying behaviors. unfortunately, unless you have chad genetics, you hav…

find social scenes where you can participate in activities you enjoy. what brings you joy? do that and get to know people. people will be more drawn to you when you are enjoying yourself rather than being preoccupied with whether or not your presence is acceptable. get this down, then things will become easier. you will have less issues expressing yourself in an attractive way over time.

it’s even easier if they give you choosing signs beforehand. like eye contact, or better yet, they start hovering closer & closer to you.

you don’t believe you are a sexual being. so you won’t be a sexual being. self fulfilled. you are proving my point

“i don’t because i don’t” great argument man. perfect logic. so sad. your personality also takes a hit when these are the only thoughts in your head. that’s why i say you need help. you don’t want help, ok that’s tough, may as well end it huh

that’s not how it works in every situation homie. since you are using your anecdotal experience, i will use mine: i’ve been rejected by plenty of women. i have been rejected by entire groups of people. what has made me overcome it is moving on with myself because i know i have self worth. there are other people in the world to connect with, so i focus on those people that do value me. it’s the mindset that no one will appreciate you that is preventing you from even beginning to find the people w…

not to mention all the content you fill your mind with, all the time you spend in the day thinking like this. obviously it’s no wonder you feel this way. you need help, and therapy. again, it’s your responsibility to seek it. if you think it’s worthless, those thoughts will fulfill what you already believe to be true. yet it’s in your power to take action and do something, getting that help will change the trajectory of your life. up to you man

well, i feel truly sorry for you that you will probably never be happy. it’s no one’s responsibility but your own to help yourself be the best version of yourself. you actively will never reach that when you have the mindset you currently do, and that is actually something in your power to change, whether you believe me or not. it’s a psychological phenomenon called self-fulfilling prophecy

because you clearly hate yourself. change that. how do you expect someone to love you when you don’t love yourself? give yourself some perspective. if you were a hot girl would you want to fuck a guy who talks badly about himself and probably doesn’t take the best care of himself? get 1% better every day and in a year you will look in the mirror and feel genuinely proud. i’m rooting for you

Absolutely :) I want to add one more thing. And people may find this controversial, but you want to be doing these fun things where you also are being a leader. Women like the leaders of the group. Find your strengths, express your confidence and naturally you will be given more attention. It’s a bit of an upward spiraling effect. Makes everything easier, and honestly this is where the road ends for strict physical attractiveness. Go get ‘em

Man you need to enjoy yourself. This is the answer you’re looking for, I believe. And I say this because you seem to be treating everything as an exchange, just based on the comments I’m reading. When you are expecting something from a girl, as in, if you work up to a point where you pique interest and ask to hang out or whatever it is, only to be flaked or rejected, the vibes you’re giving off all point towards neediness. I.e., needing the girl to accept your advances. It’s so much easier to ac…

yep and now we’ve come full circle. like i said, your coping thru this belief system. you want to confirm your beliefs that you already hold. i get it. it’s psychological bias. if you don’t think any of it matters, cool. no one is gonna be responsible for you getting yourself in action. but that’s what i was pointing out, the fact that you are indeed coping 🤷🏻‍♂️ you can change your mindset or you can remain the same, again, that’s your responsibility. if you’d rather just feel comfortable not t…

k enjoy your limiting belief system and keep supporting that bias of yours preventing you from being a better, more attractive, fun, active, valuable version of yourself 😘

come on brother. it’s pretty clear. you’re saying “you think you needed this” and why? so you can feel better about being a fly on the wall for most women. so basically you’re willingly not taking responsibility/not giving yourself a chance because it’s easier to explain why some women are not interested in you if you have the belief “oh they just didn’t like me and i can’t ever change that” from the beginning. it’s total bull and a total cop out cope for not learning how to properly seduce some…

that’s the thing homie, it’s not an automatic thing that there will be someone out there for you (at least 1, as you say.) You gotta become a guy who girls are attracted to. If you put in the work, everything will come. Patience and trust in yourself as a man being the best version of himself. If you inherently think the best possible version of yourself will remain subpar, then that is entirely a mindset issue and you should talk to a therapist, not reddit. Someone else said it, girls can reall…

this just isn’t true. it’s kind of a death sentence. if she liked him enough already, it would be obvious and we would be looking at a different situation. if she’s neutral or already not into it, encouraging a rejection indicates a lot of negativity. even though it’s counterintuitive, he would gain a LOT more from moving past it, bc let’s be real - it’s not a huge deal either way. he’ll either find another thing or girl to occupy him or she comes around. staying silent here is the win-win.

awareness is good, actually. don’t dumb yourself down. just be unchanged by what you are aware of. notice how you feel and understand it. only then can you take action to change. lot of building blocks, but keeping yourself wrapped in these negative lines of thought will not help you build. i see an inner game issue here. might be helpful to do therapy? day by day is the only way, little victory here and there and eventually you will find passion and love for yourself. that is the way to having …

see the way you’re talking to yourself is creating the “problem.” You don’t have to get rid of anything. Just be you, man. You have to love yourself and enjoy life to have others enjoy YOU. If you aren’t enjoying yourself or loving yourself or thinking that you deserve good things, why the fuck would anyone else think that. Sorry about the harshness, but it’s exactly the language you use and the way you feel that is taking a strangle hold and paralyzing you in mediocrity. Don’t worry so much abo…

if you treat them like “rules,” then obviously if you don’t already “conform” to them, yes you would change your personality. but they aren’t rules. everyone is different and becoming the best version of oneself requires a lifetime of adjustment. you probably aren’t the same person you were 6 years ago, and likely, if you’re a better version of yourself if you followed some advice via trial & error. you didn’t follow “rules,” you just applied new knowledge to your personal situation. aka, develo…

Become passionate about something that drives you. External validation is fleeting, as you have outlined pretty clearly. Listen to yourself. There’s much more to life than chasing women & sex. Once you realize that passion, things will fall into place and you’ll reconnect with all the socialization from before. The best part is, because you have this base of knowledge, it should become effortless and you won’t worry about the outcome of people liking you, bc people WILL like you. Not everyone wi…

If he is unhappy with his sex life, porn is destroying any chance at changing that. That is an absolute fact. Maintaining porn at any level for this individual & the actual millions of others just like him with a porn habit of this nature is completely detrimental to development. The access to unlimited internet porn is an ultimate test of discipline as well. Once there is proof of iradication, as well as mindset shift, he will ultimately need to find a different way to release the energy. That’…

Hey man, I have issues with procrastination too! As do many. We obviously can't have a dramatic lifestyle shift overnight. This is a marathon. A marathon that requires you to change how you operate on a micro level, which over time will shift your macro performance and quality of life. Many down here are saying one thing at a time, which is true. But often it eventually gets to a point where we can convince ourselves that it's too much, and allow ourselves to cop out. Then, boom - back to square…

It’s exactly that. You’re protecting your ego and confirming biases about others and yourself that are damaging to your value as a man. Taking a flake personally like that is a clear sign of low-self esteem

I definitely do see myself that way, but that’s not to say I see myself necessarily as better than you, or anyone else, i.e., deserving of special treatment. Flaking is normal. Things can happen. Hot girls have small attention spans. It’s important for men to have the wherewithal to know when a woman is using them for validation, or when they legitimately might see you as a prospect. To me it sounds like the women you are dealing with are not showing much of a reason for you to invest in the fir…

The "easy" women you're talking about here are just that, easy. High quality women have high standards. Some women that appear HQ are black hole personalities, sure. But just because you get flaked the first time doesn't mean you should ditch it. You make it harder on yourself if you determine she might be worth it, because you potentially see high quality in her. If you think every women who flakes on you isn't up to snuff, you are truly missing out on opportunity. Think about it this way: If y…
