0	He ain't wrong Then state this and not “WOMEN NEED EQUAL PAY” because that doesn’t come across as equality for all, and sounds more like “PAY ME MORE EVEN THOUGH I DONT EARN IT” now that may seem harsh because it is but I wouldn’t think someone like Steve buscemi (no matter how much I love him) to be paid the same as Jennifer Laurence. If you are at a job busting your ass and you look over to see someone sitting on there phone you expect to be paid more. Now where this changes a bit for almost all entertainment you get paid by how many people you put in seats. So you can be busting your ass but your “boring” or whatever the case maybe you will not be paid more than the headliner who doesn’t really care but they got those seats filled.
