Well it's ok if you're trying to improve yourself. However, I've read some threads which basically imply the guy can do whatever and the female has to basically obey him (which isn't very kind). As someone mentioned below, perhaps it's just certain males. Nonetheless, the differing views can mix anyone up. Like why not just say workout, eat healthy, cut your hair based upon your face shape,etc.
