Wow, sometimes I question my judgment on the community here and then I look at which comments are down-voted and it cements my opinion. Don't you agree? I really liked what you had to say.

I personally stomp on female entitlement in intergender interactions as much as possible these days, and women don't like it. Most people here would agree though that this entitlement has come out of feminism's political movement and their own crafting of the popular mainstream narrative. If there's anything that I can do to hold women as accountable as men, I'm there. Maybe as a block, we'll start to make society-wide change. Once again, thank you TRP for this perspective and the understanding …

God, either you're admitting to being a seriously blind person, or you're using a double-entendre. That's one of the best things I've learned from this place, which is to completely hold women accountable for their actions and completely de-pedestalize their gender, so thank you, TRP. I seriously mean that.

I lived temporarily vicariously through the television character, Dexter, at least his first season personality, when he said that he found sex to be..........undignified. I'm not anti-sex, but it seemed like he had to first find more meaning in it than pleasure. Sex seems to me to be a prime nexus through which a society can thrive or not, and I have the inclination to respect it more than others might. At the age of 29, I have only done it 3 times, and am not in any rush to do it again. On fra…

I'm right there with you. That's what I mean when I say that this place is toxic. I simply can't stomach reading another AWALT comment about women being sluts. Even if it were true, it just poisons my outlook on life.

Good point, but it was tongue-in-cheek. My main problem though with this place is that it destroys my faith in humanity daily with so many anecdotes. Hard to personally deal with.

I'm making progress, I guess. I study Spanish 10 hours a day and talk to random people. A thousand small victories is my goal to reach my apex, and every time I feel like I fell off the wagon, a small success makes me pumped up, and I feel like I'm going to get to my destination in the end. But..........I went to a concert tonight and just didn't feel the vibe. I didn't talk to any girls whatsoever and just stood around like a jackass, feeling kinda bummed out, wanting to just escape back into m…

Well, I think that some new guidelines WERE needed. However, I'm not quite sure that what we have hits the mark in the right way. The community is still so large and the bullshit so thick, that even a semi-decent post can and does get swamped far too quickly by TRP clickbait. We're going to have to probably divide the community at some point so that people who are SERIOUS about finding schemes for self-improvement and sharing them with the community actually have a shot in having it read and dis…

Let me just state for the record here that I don't actually believe in monogomy. The ideology of exclusivity probably hurts society more than it helps. There are many things that people can offer to each other that become restricted because someone has put up artificial barriers around another person's ability to form relationships with new people. What? I can't talk to some girl who is pretty cool cause some guy thinks that I'm going to try and bone her? So the fuck what anyway? It's just sex. …

Part of the reason that people in other countries are more open to social interactions with strangers is simply because they see each other in public situations far more often. Here in America, so much of our cities have been privatized that most of the times you would interact with people in a public situation is during purchasing things. I know that it may be somewhat of a social taboo in some countries to talk to people in elevators or on the bus out of the blue, but the simple fact is that t…

I hope that I can contribute at least something here. My thoughts on the whole debate usually center around the idea that there is a distinct difference in my mind between morality and immorality and inappropriateness. Do I think that premarital sex, for instance, is immoral? Regardless of if you think that being married or not is a good idea, let's just say that that was still the natural course for the vast majority of society. I would actually be more inclined to say that in a majority of cas…

Well, let me relate a little, based on my personal experience. I have found through my life that many girls are waiting for you to express confidence or send out positive vibes that you accept them as people before they open up to you. Depending on where I have been in my life, and being really introverted, I have at times felt that I was a COMPLETE misfit. Being really attractive actually has hurt me in my interactions with women. There's a ton of girls that would just rather pretend that I don…

That's some weird shit right there. I actually didn't know this was a thing until now. Makes me wonder if you would have to sign some kind of form that states that by doing the surgery, you wouldn't be able to claim disability and receive state benefits.

Well, one of the benefits to comparing yourself to others is that you begin to realize that others are actually not always so special. When I was competing with others for learning the Polish language, I actually found that they may have been talked up a lot and may talk themselves up quite a bit, but each person tended to have their own flashes of insight into the language that was unique to their own minds. As long as you jump into something and are always there on the precipice of learning wh…

Always back to the roads, huh? That's why I'm inherently interested more in the idea of New Urbanism. It tends to more easily solve SOME of the thorny issues, simply by virtue of cities being less road-intensive. Just my opinion.

I get your point, and thanks for the input, but seeing as Marxism is no longer quite the taboo it once was, maybe there's not as much reason to be cautious? IDK, but I tried to phrase the ideology in a scholarly enough way and this community is pretty mature. I also think that David Graeber has given principled Anarchism a legitimate voice, and I really like that guy. But mostly, thanks for your tips on alternative names to it. I didn't so much know that.

One of the maxims that I like the most from Anarchist ideology is this: live as if you're ALREADY FREE. It's really an ideology that causes you to first look inside of yourself, instead of to external forces for reason and justice. That's why I like it. I suppose it's an ideology, but more of an anti-ideology, in some ways. You could preach its benefits and tenets, but it is possibly more helpful as a personal article of faith, so to speak. At least, that's the way I interpret it. If you think a…

Yeah, that's the deepest problem I have with corporations in this country, that they take a person loaded with knowledge from years of study at a university, (and debt), and keep the industry secrets secret, which harms the general public. If you're independent, more power to you, but corporations make their employees sign non-discloser clauses, which prevents the dispersal of very practical information to eager minds. Well, in my personal opinion, there realistically COULD be an end to rampant consumerism, but you would need to first find something else for people to do and perhaps find ways to open up sharing material goods through something like a library, like zipcar or something. As a practical matter, environmentalists are happy that economic growth is taking on a less material form these days, meaning that, instead of buying more cars and other stuff, they buy goods that are knowledge-based, like softwa…

This is a serious question: Do you think that society has a real risk of breaking down from misunderstandings between the genders on any given level and do you think that MGTOW as a group could withdraw from the 'game' enough to expedite this breakdown in societal cohesion, especially regarding the breakdown of the marriage paradigm, leading to an instability for children and hence, a lack of positive environments for creating a healthy citizenry in general? (Sorry for the run-on sentence). I as…

So you're saying calling a man unfit because of sexual addiction is simply 'shaming language'? That motherfucker has 7 kids. That's a damn good reason to shame a man for sex addiction.

I don't get grossed out by a girl who is with a man twice her age. But often, that guy can have some serious baggage. So, it's not the age that matters, but the fact that that guy might have already been deemed unfit at that age for whatever reason, like being a sex addict, like a person I knew once. That, to me, is gross.

I appreciate my father and now that I'm older, I respect him a whole lot more. HOWEVER, I actually grew to be skeptical of marriage after I watched him be the workhorse for our family. He carried the burden well, and still does, but I can't imagine willingly wanting to be in the same position as him. It's not even just marriage, but the burdens our society places on people to perform, or be thrown to the curb. I always remember this when concerning marriage and a family: things are good when the…

Any very specific recommendations? I was thinking about 'Learn Python the Hard Way'. Not really college-textbook, but the formatting is good. One thing that I've constantly complained about on the internet is the fact that I've noticed the labor market to be highly gender-segregated. This is a result of many factors, including feminism, but does not bode well for society. The book, 'Men on Strike', highlights this in great detail. In the couple of cities in which I've lived, I wonder sometimes about where all the men are that women are supposedly married to. I mean, I see the ring on their finger but not so often do I see them with th…

I'm totally for the idea of open relationships. Here's my catch-22 though: I only will approve of it after I become a girl's number one, then she can do what she wants. Otherwise, you're a chump.

The problem with people like Roosh and even people on this website sometimes is that they whine that they can't find suitable relationships with women that last a reasonable amount of time in their minds, but many of them, like Roosh, define that window of time as longer than a day, but shorter than a month or two, which is still not very much. They run around, trying to be players and whine when they don't feel like they have any stable and meaningful relationships. Ye men who criticize the car…

Well, one thing that I haven't liked in this forum for a while is the evolutionary take on everything. Here's why: everyone and their dog can make up some bullshit based on their own personal take on 'how things were, back in the bush'. It's complete fucking nonsense most of the time and annoying as fuck. Roosh's website has become a giant circle-jerk though, whining to his loyal fans that lap it all up like the sycophants they are.

There was some post somewhere on the interwebs that stated that virgins are so unsure of themselves that they don't have control of their motor skills and walk into walls, etc. Yes, simply not being a virgin already improves your ability to talk to women, for instance, since most of them will not be virgins, duh, and you can relate to them talking openly about sex and get them going in the direction you want.

I personally have never gotten head from a girl for longer than 5 seconds, and she used too much teeth. It reminds me of the movie Yes Man, every time, that I would much rather prefer a grandma to give me head with no teeth. lololol. I also am of the opinion that it's slightly degrading to girls when you're in a relationship with them and that it's being a little needy.....unless you're FUCKING ALPHA!! I don't agree. To be honest, I think I might have to try and plate some girls I don't care about just to try it. I'm so un-used to relationships of any kind with women that it honestly would be a God-send to me. It was good to hear his advice.

As a non-monogamous guy, I have no problem with girls who aren't TOO slutty, but have slept with a fair number of guys. IT'S JUST THE WAY THE WORLD FUCKING IS, GET THE FUCK OVER IT!! Girls have it easier than guys to begin with, so just get used to it. If she stays with you for longer than the sex, then you're a champ. Well, just make sure that you aren't simply interested in playing with each other's genitals. That may sound a little extreme to say, but to me, it's important to state that. I think true lust, and the kind that is more permanent, is the kind that is developed by having healthy interpersonal relationships, including a little teasing, and being interested in that person's life. I mean, you do live together, but how much interest do you display in your partner's job, etc?

I used to have an urge to explain past texts and interactions to a girl I knew by explaining my underlying motivations. But being a silent guy by nature most of the time, I opted for just accepting what was said and forming new interactions. It works better that way for me. It forms an element of mystery, covers up the hard-or-impossible-to-explain, and puts you in a position of slight power.

The people who often succeed the best in forming new relationships with the opposite sex are gays and people already married, because they approach getting to know someone in a detached and fun way, with outcome independence.

I'm a little surprised, frankly, that this subreddit isn't being highlighted in the MSM more frequently as a genuine, albeit, silent counter-cultural movement. It's looking to be quite a force in our society that will cause actual ramifications for all sorts of things.

I think after having read TRP for quite some time, I will not be having kids. I will be completely debt-free in a year, 30 years old, and I will rent a studio apartment, and go to school on a limited but permanent basis to master something, like computer technology, and spin plates until I die. That's my plan. Fuck all else, society can suck my d*ck.

Be careful, skin cancer is no joke. I've read some horror stories. Basically, if you are a lifeguard and you also tan in the winter, then that's a sure-fire recipe for cancer. If you do not plan on hitting on bitches in any one given year, you NEED to refrain from getting tan. Do not get any rays just to look good so that you can simply stare at yourself in the mirror.

I get what you're trying to say, but hear me out. These 'gimmicks' are not necessarily meant to be permanent. They just help get you into different zones, or frames of mind. Also, for instance, if you're a bad ass who's just living a good life and maybe haven't gone to school, and also have a pretty decent guy's job, such as traffic control, and you're living on your own, in your own apartment, they absolutely jive and don't look gimmicky, (for where you personally are in life, or your economic …

Wearing different shirts can actually create different body movements. Choose the shirt that lets you express yourself the best. Loose fitting may not be the absolute best. If you have nice biceps, show them off with a slightly tighter shirt, but don't overdo it. This will give you confidence in how you display yourself.

Yeah, but acting like you're wardrobe is sacred is a good idea. Every piece of clothing, when it goes on, should be at least familiar to you and convey a certain feeling when you put it on. How does your upper body contort when you put on certain shirts? Does one make you feel more buff and comfortable? It doesn't have to, but every piece of clothing should convey a different mindset and you should be prepared to use your clothing to your advantage when you go out.

There's a few tricks to the trade that people can often overlook. 1st is Charisma: Learn how to say things in a unique way that demonstrates confidence and playfulness in your words. Amused mastery is also key. Act like you're the king, no matter what, and that you own all conversation. Your face, as they say, will start to 'morph', as girls get used to your face and you as a person in general. But you need to display enough confidence to keep an interaction going long enough to do that. Some of…

Well, I don't think most people would quite see the point I'm about to make, but in America, a lot of people don't necessarily always have good avenues for being social like in other countries, per se. Part of it is our suburban lifestyle. Do you know people who go to Wal-Mart when they're bored and want to meet people? Exactly. That's part of the problem. You can try and point the blame on autism, and that may be a huge contributing factor for many people, but I think there's more to it. In my …

We're talking a new one each week or so, multiple sex partners at a time. Alright, so he is a sex addict, BUT, he has the skills. Alpha is a loose term for me. I've read TRP for months and I still can't define it based on the popularized community version.
