1	To cut or bulk 6ft 12% bodyfat at 200 is your goal right now, lock that in. If you’re comfortable with your body cut down a few pounds (5-8). I say this because your lifts aren’t where they should be. They’re decent, but not where they should be. I’d say do a heavy cut but due to the lifts not being where they should be cut a minor amount then eat at maintenance and work on your lifts.
