| 1 | How do you deal with situations like this?Sadly there is a thing referred to as the "dark figure of crime" and that is laws that go unrecorded due to intimidation, or other factors. Most domestic disturbances never get prosecuted because, despite what the officer told you, it is up to her for the charges to stick.
