I think I agree with all of this except Tinder/other dating apps. As a relatively normal dude who happens to be really shy, Tinder and OKCupid are the main reason I ever got to go on dates or get laid at all. If they didn't exist I'm sure I'd have been forced to find women to date in person and would have done so, but it'd have reduced my success quite a bit. Tinder is a GODSEND for a lot of men if they don't try to date drastically about their own league.

Because hours of video covering a topic in detail is better than a single written example? The OP is really good and if it alone is enough to get the principle down for some people that's awesome, but recommendations for stronger material should be welcomed with open arms here.

You've found one special snowflake to prove your point -- demonstrate the blizzard or you're not looking credible here.

I think it's entirely likely for an older man or woman to do this, in some cases MORE likely if you have an older person who has their shit together. I'm a dude who lost his virginity to a woman 8 years my senior which made the experience MORE comfortable than it might have been with a less experienced or more immature partner.

What else would you apply this to, of interest? Someone from the upper class dating someone from the working class? Someone who is model-esque in physical appearance dating someone pudgy and plain? Someone in a high flying and successful job dating a min wage retail worker? A celebrity dating a non-celebrity? Anyone who is mentally stable dating anyone with a personality disorder?

Wait, so your argument is that all women are shallow (which is a bad thing) except for women who don't count because they're not physically attractive? Which means, uh, that you're just as shallow as they supposedly are?

True, but a LOT of the penis-shaming comes from other men. I've definitely seen women make small penis jokes in a derogatory fashion, but I've for sure seen more guys do the same thing.

What is actually up with you, man? As someone who considered himself an incel throughout college (I got reactions like you just mentioned up until I was 21 and pushed myself to get a cool summer job which brought me out of my shell) I don't get how you have NOTHING to chose from, at least as a permenant thing. Also, re: sex, you're coming from a place of ignorance with that opinion. It's the sort of thing I used to think all the time as a supposed incel. It's completely common for guys to sleep …

The reason I brought up escorts is because I visited some high end ones in my own country when I had a FA-mindset, which actually helped me overcome my anxiety around women resulting in me now being able to attract women without money being involved at all. I saw one escort in the USA (Oregon) for around $150/hour, who was cute and friendly and completely on the level, with no references. It's doable, and if you take the time pretty easy to avoid trafficked/dangerous girls and actually have a pr…

Are we assuming the incels on /r/foreveralone are broke as fuck? Escorts are pretty cheap, relatively. If you can afford food and refuse to buy it as you reach starvation point...

If the ability to have casual sex, with no emotions involved with someone who probably doesn't like you, means you're not FA then every single FA guy who has the option of visiting an escort just lost their claim to the title also.

The problem isn't the women, it's the men who are too dense to understand that no = no. Regardless of whether she says she has a boyfriend, girlfriend, or a sentient squid diety she is pledged to, she's saying "I'm not interested".

Duh, just like I "had" to take a phone call and disappear out the bar the other week there when a woman 10-15 years my senior, overweight and talking without charisma started hitting on me when I would have been all over it if a 21 year old in a low cut Sex Pistols tee and long Goth hair had done the same. People respond to people they find attractive more positively than to people they don't within the field of dating and sex. Shocker.

The sooner you learn how to be a kickass human being, the more benefits you get. One of my big regrets on my path to becoming a confident, exciting man after YEARS of shyness, repression and turning down opportunities (I'm 24) is that I have still lost about 8 years of dating young women, learning sports or skills I would be a master at by now, multiple girlfriends, pursuing my passions etc. IF you start self improvement/lifestyle design at 17?! You could have an amazing 8 years ahead of you. St…

You're done. For now, probably forever. The best thing you can do is drop contact completely. Right now you're wildly unattractive (why would someone who is begging and desperate be attractive? Women are predominantly attracted to strength and dominance) and if she's a good catch all you will do is further convince her that you're a loser. So no more contact. If she gets in touch, try to set up a date. Be cool and collected. Admit things got crazy if she brings up your terrible behaviour then mo…
