0	Which fitness program? Do whole body training. Look up mindpump full body training on YouTube. I’ve been working out 3 days a week doing just that for the past year and I love it. I’m stronger and more muscular. Instead of hitting say shoulders on one day and then not hitting them again until your whole split is over “5 days to recover” is just too much rest and I don’t think it’s needed. 33	LTR calls me her soulmate - red flag or normal high interest? Read the tactical guide to women by Shaun T Smith. Talks all about vetting, age, honeymoon stage and how long they can actually go. I’m about to end a 3 yr LTR and we have only fought a hand full of times but that was 2 yrs into the LTR. I was also her “soulmate” but that shit fades honestly. 2	Ex will not pursue child support as long as I take care of health insurance I just won full custody of my son after 2 yrs fighting and 100k spent on 3 lawyers. Pay child support now because even if she verbally says she just wants health insurance she can legally go back to the day you started living separately and they will add in back child support.
