3	Judge Orders Rape Victims to take a polygraph test. If the witnesses believe the polygraph works, it is pretty telling that they are fighting against taking it. (they are called victims but technically they are witnesses in a trial.) Best I can determine, she spent 38.5 months total in custody (since Jan 2010), with 10 months coming after the trial. This has happened before in the US. I can think of 1 case where the killer spent only 4 years in State Hospital before being paroled. 1	Are you reluctant / afraid to publicly disclose being an MRA / supporter of men's rights? Yes and I want to elaborate. I have always been a feminist, a strong supporter of feminism, other than 2 major points: pornography and false rape allegations. With porn, I have seen feminist articles that call for banning all porn because it is sexist, a view usually held by religious extremists, not people who care about women's rights.
