I think In England rape is male exclusive. As in it explicitly requires penetration with a penis. A woman who "rapes" anyone will be charged with sexual assault. Rey knows how to repair the falcon. It makes sense. She's a junker. She helped install many new parts to it. Luke flew a craft similar to the x wing. They make a point in stating that.
