I think this behaviour by the police would have been terrible even if she had been a dude. It's just bad policing, and it's weird to celebrate it just because she's a woman.

I know police training in America is like two weeks of gun practice and a voluntary one-day webinar on all the rest, but it's pretty wild that you don't hold your police to a higher standard than this. I would expect three officers to be able to subdue anyone without sicker-punching them from behind. Pussy or not.

I am not American so my story probably doesn't fit, but I am a male teacher so I have some knowledge on the topic. When I started my degree they told us that a little over 50% of the graduates would never teach. For the kind of degree I got, you need to have a certain amount of college level education in at least two relevant subjects (like math and science).
