If I punch a homeless guy because he attacked my friend, that's self defense If I punch a homeless guy because he's vulnerable and it makes me laugh to do so, that is considered wrong. If I kill an animal to eat it for survival, that's self preservation. If I kill an animal as a goof to make some guys like me, that's considered wrong. There's no moral absolutes but the difference in motivation is clear and is the cause for the disagreement. It's not hypocrisy to feel badly about the second scena…

Nothing perks you up after a failed suicide attempt like a 10,000 debt.

Nice upstanding gentlemen sometimes grow up in trailer parks and try to date within their native community. Then they come to realizations like the OP that the women in that social context tend to choose a particular type of guy. That it happens consistently means it must speak to something innate about women that happens to manifest in those circumstances. Trailer parks can be complex ecosystems. I just find your comment stands out as so outside the spirit of debate even though you're engaging …

I don't get this. They obviously did choose one type of man over another. Why are you trying to dismiss the observation with "they're just dumb lol". This is a debate sub right?

My girlfriend doesn't like it either. She makes a face when I say uber. I'll remember to lie and say something cool like refinish antique furniture if I'm single again.

Uber Eats as a walker is actually pretty cool. Tonight I worked for 30 minutes, made 33 dollars, cashed out and in the morning I'll have extra spending money deposited for whatever I want. One hour a day of walking and I get to fuck around with an extra 20-40 bucks every day.

Not if they're trying to make a career as an actual strongmen. If you're the hired clown to draw in business for a new celebrity boxing platform... And his family really disowned him because he looked like a basement dweller and got pushed to the ground? I'm skeptical I just checked his wiki and it was first published in 2019 immediately referencing celebrity boxing.

Not everyone has the same instincts. We've all been in elementary school so we've seen the whole gamut.

I like how I see the general opinion on this solidify to Will being wrong. I think when people see that kind of thing their monkey brain takes a minute to process it and part of all us are thinking "lol he made Chris look like a bitch he big he strong" before civilization and it's conditioning kick in.

I must speak out on this. I feel this narrative about how it takes "real strength" to get slapped in the face and not do anything about it (aka "not sink to their level") is a societal level circle jerk for the fearful and gaslight. It is way easier to "take the high road" and shut down/play it off then start punching back. Most people who aren't used to violence and are afraid of it will do that. It's just not a sign of strength. Why is it even admirable? I don't think anyone would fault him fo…

Anyone keeping up on this Iranian Hulk drama? It's all over my feed for some reason. I just read that he broke down crying saying his family disowned him for looking like a bitch in the video with Martyn Ford. I'm calling fake. No one even zoom called this asshole let alone met with him to discuss details? Seems like an elaborate publicity stunt.

The thing is, Chris Rock took that slap like he was prepared for it. Tense as fuck, and a quick as you can recovery back to standing straight.

If women's opinions were allowed to matter the whole of society would be in an uproar every 15 minutes when a man walked by too close or someone acted vaguely out of place and panic set in.

I don't think the problem is men. The problem is people and we're all jaded by a certain age.

Of course. You just caught me here on my off day, usually I'm out screaming "whore" at the women walking out of Victoria's Secret.

What should have been done is they invent the combustion engine and open a mcdonalds. She basically served as an example to the kids. She could have left the community and started over elsewhere I guess.

I just watched this video about a woman who is "seduced" by an older man at age 13, has his child in secret, and is ostracized by her community until her eventual death by starvation in old age. https://youtu.be/1CVcZ_8HPuY I don't think I've heard a story that speaks so much to the gravity of sexual mores in that time period. Was it the right thing to do? I don't think so, but life was brutal back then and punishment for endangering the community with burdensome children from a relationship tha…

This is 100% trying to put forward the image of a non bitch after his stupid depressed face from that interview (contrast to the knowing but pretending not to get it, deeply uncaring attitude of his wife who's cucking him) got plastered all over the internet and collectively dried every vagina in north America that saw it. The slap basically had to happen.

He caught a statutory rape charge when he was 17. The story is on an O&A clip.
