In Ireland you vote in order of preference. There will be several candidates and you'll give your most important vote a 1 and then you're second most important a 2 etc. It's known as Proportional Representation and can be seen here

Not really, this guy is worried about being left alone in a room with a teenage girl because he feels that she can claim rape at any time and put his future at risk.
