| 2 | This needs to happen. Call vs. Texting. Pros and cons of eachI personally prefer to call or be called for the initial asking. The person I am seeing now I called to ask out for coffee, and got a voicemail box that wasn't set up yet. THEN I texted to relieve him of the stress of having to call back. I would say that for small planning and such now we text, but he will occasionally call me, and I really like it! It's kind of affirming, and more personal.
