The article did bring up a statistic on what percentage of women don’t feel safe in gyms and adjusting their behavior when around or approached by men (62%) and what percentage of them said they have experienced harassment in them from men(56%) then finished off by saying that (92%) of cases of harassment go unreported. They did have links for their stats but I didn’t read into them other than what the article stated

Right, that stuff may be anecdotal but I try not to brush stuff like that under the rug cause I know how hard things are for everyone. Plus its just nice to see someone in this subreddit giving other ideas some room for thought

Yea he may have been having a bad day and just lost his cool when he did it. And when I read the article it didn’t say anything about the situation from his perspective, just hers and what some people in the comments were saying.

I saw some people saying that the guy that kicked the phone was the owner of the gym, so he does have a right to kick her out but I still think he was being rude. He could have just walked up and asked her to not film at his gym.

I still feel like this was a good article, and I really love how they fairly and equally represented gen z males and gen z female points of views and took a shot at a unfair and sexist tweet targeting at men by a news source. So overall a good post from this site

I love the article you linked, I think it’s a great read for men’s rights activists and feminists. I think the only thing I could say is about it is that it’s mostly anecdotal, and mostly talks about the struggles of women and trans women. But regardless still an absolute W post
