I agree with this guy. Ask her out, if she says yes she is interested, if she says no, great, on to the next one.

You can always give it a try and see if it works. Some nights I go out with the intention of trying a line/approach/whatever on every girl I talk to. It is a good learning experience, IMO.

Haha, "predatory behavior"..... classic.

It took me a little while to realize this when first reading TRP. Then one night it just clicked, I looked around at the bar at all the girls there and was like, "wow I am an idiot, this is what abundance mentality is."

This guy has it. I think if you drop to 10% body fat you might have what you are looking for.

Agreed. I like going to bars/clubs alone. It forces me to initiate conversations with anybody/everybody. Once I am in a social mood from meeting a bunch of people, approaching girls/groups is no problem. You can build your own social proof.

Yeah, I would be straight forward with them. Ditching them is too passive.

Maybe they lacked ambition/direction? Sports teach you those skills, in my opinion.

I am a beginner here as well, but I do not think I have ever been "nice" to any girl I've hooked up with. Try teasing them?

All top tier universities have tons of men interested in video games and anime... no idea about community colleges.

Core/compound lifts like the others have said. BUT Focus on form first. This is so important.

Truth. Being new to TRP has taught me worrying about shit you cannot change is useless. Focus on things you can change.

Good advice, thanks.

That's what I thought. Being new to this, I just wanted to make sure. Thanks.

Who cares? If you like the atmosphere it provides, good. If not, who cares? Do what you want.

Every girl I know who has cheated on their LTR does it more than once (if they were still together after that). Even if things are "good" she is no good for you.

It has no effect on mine. I vape 3 mg juice. Then again neither did smoking when I did that.

It is true. I had decent success with girls in high school and college (I had horrible conversational skills, but always had a high social status). I fell into depression from about 23-27. Lost all of my confidence. Thought to myself, "well I should just accept I am no good anymore." I found TRP and within 2 months of working on myself, I have realized how wrong I was.

I was depressed, so I know how much it sucks. Start eating better and get the the gym. This should be your number 1 priority. If you do not look good, you will not feel good in my opinion. Seeing my personal gains was HUGE for me. After I started to get into shape, I focused on regaining my social skills. I started to go out by myself reluctantly. A first you think that it is fucking weird and you are a loser, but after forcing myself to talk to everyone at the bar (guys and girls) I realized it…

If you took an SSRI, it can give you panic/anxiety attacks for the first 2-6 weeks on it. It happened to me (and I had never had any of that before). They went away after about 2-3 weeks and they ended up helping a lot. Ask your doctor about it.

Honestly, lose weight. Just go to any fitness sub and look at people before and after they lost a lot of weight. They always look way better.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
