I don't think it matters honestly. You have to embrace what you're skills are. If you can sit there and talk to a girl for 80% of the conversation AND keep her interested then go for it. Or if you're like me and hate talking 24/7, learn how to direct conversation. If you can change a conversation to any subject you want, you'll be golden.

I'm still in college and it's the norm to text girls quite a bit. But it all comes down to personal preference, just do what you want. I disagree with this. And here's why: I've had girls say the same to me. In the context, we were talking about marriage in general. Shame this didn't get more upvotes. I started reading the inner game of tennis after someone suggested it on here. It's somewhat the same principle really, just about performing your best and getting rid of that mental block. It blows my mind how effective it is. Best rule of thumb is to keep texting to a minimum. Use it to set up dates and maybe thank a girl for a good night or that it was nice meeting her. It's hard to have "texting game". And honestly, you can't gain anything by it. There is no attraction building whatsoever. You're playing with the hand you've already dealt her, she knows what your cards are. The absolute best advice that has worked for me is to talk to everyone you see. Strike up conversations, it doesn't matter what they look like. It doesn't matter if they're girls.
