Self improvement anything relatedAlso i want to add that im way over weight. im supposed to be 170 to 190 since im 5'8 tall. I currently weight 260 so i have to loose like 90 lbs. I heard its dangerous to loose that much weight in a short time (something to do with the heart) its also really easy for me to put on weight now so im thinking of doing a cleanse and possibly the ketogenic diet since it helps with metabolism but only for a short time. A trust that a nutritionist will tell me what i can do all year round in order to b… | /r/TheRedPill | 30/07/16 12:24 AM

Self improvement anything relatedThe reason i asked in my post is because there is a lot of books out their that claim to be helpful but are really missing alot of information. I honestly am amazed as to how much good information is on the red pill. I wish i could have read this a long time ago, my life would have been very different. Im lucky that i found it now and its because someone invited me to the thread so yeah i got lucky. I guess im looking for the same results | /r/TheRedPill | 30/07/16 12:14 AM
Self improvement anything relatedI was thinking of taking the ketosis or ketogenic diet which im sure i will loose tons of weight but ive read it is dangerous to do if you do it for long periods of time. Im sure i can try it though before i set up the meeting with the nutritionist as i want to find something i can keep for a long time, im looking for a life style change so that i can still look good later on when i get into my 50s. Scott Adams book seems pretty cool im going to check it out. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/07/16 12:11 AM

| -1 | One of the lucky ones. What growing up with a red pill/alpha male dad was like, and how it has benefited me greatly.I really enjoyed reading this. I'm currently an auto insurance salesmen and I'm going for my real estate license so my finances will start getting better pretty soon. I've also decided to quit drinking and haven't drank a lick of alcohol since the 16th of July 2016. It's easy for now but I know I'm going to want to drink later which I'm preparing my self for in order for me not to drink. I haven't dated for 3 years and haven't had sex for 2 years I'm worried about my self I'm 28 yrs old I though… | /r/TheRedPill | 29/07/16 02:10 AM |
A realization from my experiences that made me more confident than ever.Yo this is good shit. I like how you described confidence I've never seen it that way. I assumed being "cool" was confidence but that's just another synonym for confidence anyway nice description I'm going to use it for work. I'm a salesman I sell auto insurance and I'm going to get my real estate license to sell homes I'm going to keep that in mind when I interact with people as well as use it with women. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/07/16 01:55 AM
