1	Neil Strauss's 30 Day Challenge - Anyone ever try it? Wow, thanks for the long response, man. Yeah, if it wasnt for the monthly subscription thing it would be awesome. Personally, I think mark's program might be a little better because youre getting out of your comfort zone gradually instead of 'shocking' your system as i read somewhere that although you get results faster, your chances of relapsing are much higher.
