As long as the muscle mass is the same, they should be able to produce the same force. That said, if you match muscle mass between a man and a woman, the woman would weight substantially more and thus the woman still has to then move the body fat whereas a man wouldn't... and that does make a difference in terms of result. 10	Enough is enough No, same weight. A woman in physical peak can be as low as around 12% but really they should be more like 15% body fat, which is what a "normal" man should be. If a man is somewhat fit, they can make 12% or even as low as 10%. I may be assume rather big people in my calculation but height isn't a factor in this.
