What about "women can't control themselves"? Men are taught to suppress their urges, but women aren't. Correct me if I'm wrong, but AWALT means exactly that any woman, given the right opportunity, will try to branch swing.

That's what I needed to hear, thanks. She told me many times to buy her flowers out of the blue, but I didn't think it was an important part of the relationship and she just tried to domesticate me by saying what to do. What I didn't realize was that she genuinely wanted me to make her happy and not to overpower me.

That's new. Even before discovering TRP I noticed that every girl is basically the same. In what way are they unique? I understand that there are many variables, but how complicated can it be? A relationship between an asshole guy and a pretty decent girl. Maybe it was because I was her first serious boyfriend? Somebody in this sub said that taking girl's virginity makes the guy very precious for her. But still, she admitted that she was never attracted to me.

She liked me a lot, but I didn't reciprocate her feelings. That was very shitty of me, I know. I cringe every time I remember how much of an asshole I was to her, even though she was such a great girl. I didn't understand the true nature of women and what they really seek in men. Didn't know anything about AF/BB. I honestly don't see a reason why she was with me. I wasn't AF, but just an asshole, and I wasn't BB, because she was spending more money on me (made me cute presents, cookies and stuff…
