After getting to an understanding that confidence does not come from the stuff you do to impress the externals I started to reflect on my day before going to bed to see which goals I came closer to accomplishing this way I also remind myself to not compare myself to others but to how I where yesterday Its also another reason to keep track of your progress when trying to accomplish your goals

Had this same thought before but I would say that all shit tests are possible to pass or at least ignore It doesn't come down to the test itself more about who is to pass the test and his/hers experience doing so
