There is nothing “temporary” about this. There is a growing army of white knights that think they are going to impress women with their feminism. These white knights are going to keep feminism in power until civilization has been destroyed.

You have still not denied that Trump is a liar, and pushed fake news. Furthermore, Trump is a giant cuck. He has been married three times, paid his ex wives massive amounts of money, and is definitely not MGTOW. But hey, you were frightened by a woman that ran for president, and you ran scared to Trump.

It’s a catch 22 for men in custody battles. If the man has a job: “He can’t have custody, he has to work all the time to pay child support! He won’t have time to raise the kids. They should go to their mother since she does not have a job.” If the man does not have a job: “He can’t have custody, doesn’t even have a job!”

Wow. I don't want to offend you, but you need to take stock of reality. Clearly, this woman could walk into court and beat her child to death in front of the judge. She would still ultimately prevail. Judges HATE it when a man brings in evidence that makes a woman look bad.
/r/MensRights13/09/17 10:52 PM

"wrecking the lives of two innocent people." ... so far. That we know of. Every time the justice system lets a person go free after filing false charges, it is an implicit encouragement for her to do it again and again and again.

The best thing you can do is to help your friend prepare for the permamnent loss of his children. This was always the end-game. His child support payments are about to go up. He will be spending more time in jail for various reasons (missed payments, false charges, etc). He could very likely to lose his job. Just be there for him as his life is systematically destroyed over the coming years.

I can give you as serious an answer as I know: No, it is not just Texas, it is all of the United States, and most of Western society. Wow. No. I see this sentiment posted on this sub regularly, and every part of this article is wrong. The fact of the matter is that there absolutely IS a wage gap. /r/MensRights29/08/16 09:31 PM

OK, I see what you are saying, but I think you are being a bit pre-mature. This case has yet to go to trial. There is still a really high chance that the judge will throw the tape out as evidence. Then the only remaining evidence will be her black eye and a bunch of lies. If that is the only thing the jury is allowed to see, the man still has no chance at trial.
/r/MensRights29/08/16 09:28 PM

I see what you are saying, by keep in mind that ecidence that is gathered illegally will not be allowed bybthe judge. You can have actual video evidence of your innocence, and the judge will throw it out.
/r/MGTOW19/08/16 08:51 PM

Be very careful doing this. In some jurisdictions, it is a felony to record audio inside a car. The judge could nail you to the wall for doing that if he wants to.
/r/MGTOW19/08/16 12:21 PM

Read that again. She was not jailed for destroying that man's life. She was jailed because she inconvenienced the police for 10,000 pounds. The police (and western society at large) see men as being disposable.

Everytime the legal system lets someone go without punishment, it just encourages them to do it again.
/r/MensRights17/08/16 11:51 PM

Except that in many jurisdiction (Duluth states) the legal system enforces the social norm instead of the law. In those states, women effectively have an absolute right to violence over their hisbands and boyfriends. And if he man calls the police for protection, they will continue to do more violence against the man on behalf of the woman.

This has already happened in American courts in the matter of "Family" law. Juries are not allowed. "Specially trained" judges are can rule unilaterally, and can even overrule constitutional rights of individuals. https://fightcorruptedfamilycourtsandcps.wordpress.com/

Laws like these are often a trap. If you look at the specific language, it appears to be gender neutral. But check the enforcement. The judges are free to move away from the recommendations in the law. But feminists will continue to point at the law as shout about how the letter of the law is fair.

I can already hear the femenists arguing for this woman: "well, he must have been a really evil man if she had to do that to save her son from her ex! It must have been so difficult for her to see her child suffer like that. She's Such a strong womyn!"
/r/MensRights30/07/16 09:05 PM

How about finding the real father? Or making the mother pay for her own children?
/r/MensRights21/07/16 03:44 PM

Many states in the U.S. award alimony based on the highest salary the man has pulled down before the divorce. Getting a lower paying job will only hurt this guy. Plus, he is married to a lawyer.

/r/MensRights29/06/16 02:49 AM

To be fair, a child that is abused is far more likely to grow up to become an abuser. Thus, the boy has an increased likelihood of abusing another child and going to jail. So the boy (victim) is more likely to go to jail than this woman (criminal).

This is a common ploy: confuse with suble wording. When talking a out rape, switch to "sexual assualt." And when talking about assault, include things like staring, complimenting, and manner of dress. Suddenly every man is a rapist, and every woman is a victim.

About those first three murders, the man got life while the woman got five years. For the same crime. I wonder how much time her next boyfriend will get when she kills again.
/r/MensRights15/03/16 12:47 AM

I guess I should have phrased that better. It's not that paternity testing is illegal per sé, it's just not admissible in court: http://www.avoiceformen.com/mens-rights/france-upholds-the-ban-on-paternity-tests/
/r/MensRights14/03/16 10:29 PM

/r/MensRights14/03/16 09:43 PM

The standard apology put forward by the white knights is that Irish law requires penetration in order to be classified as rape. Because she did not penetrate him, she is not guilty of rape, it is called "assault." But she isn't getting charged with that either.
/r/MGTOW06/03/16 03:01 PM

Well, the man did try to limit the money she spent on drugs. So go ahead and throw in a few years in jail for financial abuse too.
/r/MensRights01/03/16 09:48 AM

The idea is to make everything and anything men do "wrong." It's not about equality, it's about power and oppression from women.
/r/MensRights26/02/16 01:07 AM

Alimony laws are only getting attention because more women with some earning power are getting caught in the dragnet. Right now, 97% of all alimony is paid from men to women. The changes they are considering will only keep the balance from tipping even slightly to help men.

Human nature is to believe a lie if it fits with the world we want to believe. The vast majority of men are white knights that want to believe that women are wonderful. If you expose the lie, they will retaliate violently.
/r/MensRights24/02/16 02:15 AM

For that man, it was.
/r/MensRights18/02/16 03:29 AM

And yet femenists still unanimously say Women don't lie about sexual assault Men cannot be victims Listen and believe. Do not question what a woman says.
/r/MensRights17/02/16 02:45 AM

In the past, men traditionally out-earned women. Now that women have more earnings than they did in the past, some women are finding themselves on the wrong side of alimony payments. And now the politians can suddenly find the willpower to do something now that women might have to pay alimony. 97% of all alimony is paid by men to women. Make no mistake, these new laws will only work to insure that women keep getting their money and never have to start paying.
/r/MensRights17/02/16 02:41 AM

Remember, there is no "End Game" with feminism. There is no point at which they will stop inventing imaginary injustices. There is no point at which they will say, "We are finally equal." They will just keep taking and taking and taking forever, because so very many "men" are just white knights that are more than willing to give away everything and more to the feminists.

The best thing to do is to help him get his mindset straight now, so that he can deal with reality better in the future. He needs to prepare to: Lose the house and kids. The sooner he looses that attachment, the sooner she can't use it a leverage in court. Be prepared to spend time in jail. A lot of time in jail. She will get an order of protection and use it to have him arrested repeatedly. Be prepared to lose the job he has now. Most employers will fire anyone that goes to jail and misses work…

The term of this is "gas-lighting." Lots of people do it, but I see it far more often in women. If they want to win an argument, they will act out until they can get a reaction out of their husband. It has more to do with teaching all men to think of themselves in the "right" frame of mind, starting and a very early age. "All men are rapists. YOU are a rapist. You should now be filled with self-shame, and you should now be easily reformed according to the feminist agenda."

/r/MensRights29/06/15 01:48 PM

Never going to happen. The whole premise of rape-accusations is "a man is guilty as soon as a woman accuses him." The feminists do not want other evidence, as it could undermine the sacred testimony of a woman.

I agree with what you are saying, but at the same time, a judge has to be the one to hold someone in contempt for not paying. Any judge in the US could recognize an unfair alimony situation, and then that judge could choose to not send a man to jail for contempt. But they won't. Because alimony is life-time child support for grown women.

Rule 1: For any legal questions, ASK A LAWYER. Rule 2: No matter what legal document your lawyer can come up with, your girlfriend can always trump it with a false claim of domestic abuse. Once you are arrested, her lawyer will have you sign away any rights you have (along with your property) in exchange for having the charges dropped. I have seen this happen to multiple male friends of mine in real life.

Check with a lawyer, but in my county, the child gets his own attorney to represent him in family court. At the same time, I know that is not the way it works i the next county over. So in my county, you would have no standing to sue in court (you were not assualted/battered), but the child would. Good luck.
/r/MensRights08/12/14 02:34 AM

Keep in mind, that as a man, you have no rights in the eyes of the family court. Only women and children have rights, so your best angle would be if you could somehow get the child to bring the case to court. Obviously, talk to a lawyer. But if your wife opposes (and forces the child to go along), there is probably not much you can do.

There are three things mentioned here: 1) Cover legal expenses 2) clear his name and 3) potentially sue Dunham And those same three things are provided at no charge to women: 1) The state pays the legal expense of prosecuting a falsely accused rapist 2) The media censors the names of women in rape cases 3) Lawyers will often take civil cases like these on a contingency, making the falsely accused rapist ultimately pay the legal bill (he is forced to pay to have himself sued).

A standard tactic is to keep confusing the terms "Rape" and "Sexual Assault." Unwanted touching (such as a lingering handshake) can be twisted into "sexual assault." Feminists will then take these numbers and lump them in with rape statistics. Thus 90% of all women are victims of sexual assault. And most people will assume that means rape. http://kathvonstrike.files.wordpress.com/2014/08/sdkac0w.jpg

/r/MensRights03/09/14 04:03 PM

Yes. According to feminists, slapping the phone out of a woman's hand is domestic violence. If you are a man and convicted of dv, it will be thirty days in jail. http://www.tmz.com/2014/05/02/keyshawn-johnson-domestic-violence-arrest-cleared/
/r/MensRights03/09/14 12:42 AM

Actually, you do not have rights even if you have money for lawyers. Many states offer legal aid free to women as long as they say the magic words ("domestic violence"). The state will then come after the man to recoup the legal expenses. Thus, if you are a man, you are literally paying for your ex-wife's lawyers. The more you fight, the more you lose. In theory, yes, that is how it works. But in practice no. There are too many loopholes for the woman to get through. She will quit her job so she has no income. The child is now entitled to the 25% of the $0 she is earning. If that doesn't work, she will have the judge give her more alimony to offset the child support payments. If all else fails, she just won't pay it. The judge will resist putting her in jail for contempt.

If I decide to stop paying my credit card bill, and I declare the contract I signed to be invalid because "I was drunk when I agreed to it!" The judge would laugh me out of court. Even if I could get a judge to listen to me, he would make me prove that I was drunk at the time (which is impossible). But if I am stating down a ten year jail sentence for alleged rape, the woman's word that she was drunk at the time is all the evidence the judge would need.
/r/MensRights17/08/14 06:14 PM

Wikipedia places the rate of false accusations much higher at 8% http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_accusation_of_rape Average prison stay for rape convicts is 89 months: http://www.prisonpolicy.org/scans/bjs/psatsfv.pdf Statistics for prison rape for men is not collected because men are disposable, and because men cannot be raped.
/r/MensRights17/08/14 01:26 AM

Feminists say that 99.3 percent of all rape accusations are real. Therefore .7 percent are false accusations. A man in prison for rape will himself get raped probably 100 times per year. Out of 1,000 men in prison for rape, seven of them are falsely accused. After ten years in prison, they would have been raped 7000 times. The women were raped 993 times. But those 993 rapes are more important than those of the innocent men raped 7000 times.

Everything in this video will only make the woman feel even more indignant. Right now, she honestly sees herself as the victim. Any efforts made by the man to vindicate himself are only strengthening her position. Her own lawyers said she still stands by her accusations. Every time the courts let another criminal off the hook because she is a woman, it is an endorsement of her crimes. The court is effectively telling her, "Go ahead. Do it again. Quite the reverse. They will look at the incomes of both people. Then the judge will look at how to split the money so that both get an "equal" amount. The woman earns $0, and the man earns $x. So the woman gets half of $x. The legal system literally encourages women to refuse to work, so they will get paid more in alimony.

I see this sentiment on reddit a lot: "You got a legal ruling that was not good for you? The only explanation could be a bad attorney! The legal system could never be unfair!" People need to realize that the quality of attorney's does not vary that greatly. They are all working with basically the same set of laws and evidence for any given case. He didn't have a bad attorney. He had a bad set of laws.

Women could not get the convictions they desired in court. so the politicians found a way for the schools to do and end-run around the courts for them. I would be careful telling other men to call the police for domestic violence. Many states now use the "Duluth Model" in which the police must arrest the bigger person any time they are on a DV call. (The person that actually committed the acts of violence is not considered.). The court case is then mandatory as well; the district attorney cannot drop the case. This means that any time a call for domestic violence is placed, the man is automatically out at lease a few thousand dollars in lawyers…

Today's media celebrates WBB. She will not go on facebook and post how she is a "Strong Woman" that don't take no lip. If her man steps out of line, she maces him in the eye! And she will get a thousand "likes." If there was ever a lawsuit, it would be the woman suing the customer and the store for harassment. Today's media would portray her as a hero.

The link I posted did not detail her extortion attempt. I found this link where her husband said she did it to try to extort him in the divorce. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/06/08/texas-woman-who-told-fbi-her-husband-sent-ricin-tainted-letters-is-arrested/ As I understand it, the divorce laws will still give her half of the marital assets.

I respectfully disagree. I think there definitely needs to be more discussion about the costs of children, child support, and alternatives. Most of my male friends already know they never want children. These same men have not really considered a vasectomy. I think this is an important discussion.

Being accused of rape (without even being convicted) is a far worse punishment than any prison sentence. Think about it: any woman in America has ultimate power over every man through the power os a simple accusation. There is no downside or risk to the woman. No man has anything even close.
/r/MensRights12/07/14 07:55 PM

The constitution is supposed to guarantee equal protection under the law. It females are not being prosecuted the way males are, that seems like a violation of the equal protection clause.

She made zero dollars during the marriage, and contributed literally nothing. So when it comes time for the husband and wife to pool their assets, and then divide them equally in the divorce, the woman heavily rewarded for contributing nothing. If she had a job while they were married, and saved $65,000 for herself, she may have gotten less from his retirement, because she would have assets that changed the balance of how the money is divided. Instead, the divorce laws incentivize her to earn as…

If a man had used that stuff to kill his wife, he would have gotten a lot more than fifty years. They would have called it a sex crime, and he would get life or execution.
/r/MensRights27/06/14 09:59 PM

Men that are facing divorce court or family court need to know what they are really up against. This demonstrates just how much the legal system attacks men undergoing a divorce. They are seen as people that are not bearing their responsibility to support a woman. Therefore, they must be punished. No veil is too thin for the judge to use to justify taking his money and his freedom.
/r/MensRights27/06/14 09:51 PM

It is not that they do not know. It is that they do know, and they are using that knowledge to force their own agenda. Gotta get in their heads and break the male's ego at an early age...

No. Stop. Some people do have real mental issues. Just blaming the man telling him to "Be a real leader" is weak. If someone has a wife with a broken leg, you don't tell him, "Just be stronger. She doesn't need a doctor." If someone has a broken brain, help that person get to a doctor for mental health.
/r/askTRP24/06/14 06:02 PM

When the courts give one gender a method of attacking the other gender, and there are zero risks for the women, it will naturally generate powerful psychopaths. It's like the judges handed her a gun and said "you can use this to shoot men. And we will make it so they can't shoot you back." This is how you create super villains.

I think you have a valid viewpoint. Here is what I see: this school policy has zero positive effects, it has many negative effects. And the application of this policy effects mainly males. If a school policy is going to have a disproportionate effect on only one gender, there needs to be a really good reason for the policy to exist. I do not see this reason. (In fact, all school policies should have good reasons to exist, regardless who it affects.)
/r/MensRights18/06/14 12:09 AM

Most rape cases proceed against the man, even after the woman has recanted her story. (I can't find the link right now, but I have read before that more than 50%of rape cases proceed without the cooperation of the woman).

Many woman refuse to let the fathers get the visitation the courts have decreed. If it the man's weekend to pick up the children, and she refuses again, the man can try calling the law enforcement to force her to give the children: The law enforcement will not help. I know a lot of women that feel perfectly justified to steal baby formula and diapers. They think it is ok because they "need this for their child." They even feel like they are doing a great thing. That is why it is so common to see formula locked in glass cases; to prevent shoplifting.

DO NOT GO TO THE POLICE. Many states have an "automatic arrest" rule for the man. The woman may also get arrested (probably not). Her arrest will be for "Drunk and disorderly conduct." It does not matter if it is "legal" or not. No judge is ever going to rule against your wife. You said you are still willing to work on the marriage. Maybe you could find some marriage counselors (are there any marriage counselors that work in male/female pairs so there is less chance of you getting railroaded?) that could give you and your wife some outside perspective, and maybe they could somehow guide you through an "intervention" to remove your inlaws from your marriage.
