If the argument was restricted to inmates it might be harder to make that debate. There is always going to be SOME inmate that does an on-paper transition to get out of the male general population. The OKCupid stats have kicked off a lot of articles and discussions about the "selection problem". The stat implies that most women aren't attracted to most men, while most men are are fine with most women. Creates a supply demand "problem" where the desirable men have so many choices that it usually goes to their head. Creating the "Why are all men jerks" and "Nice guys finish last" mantras. Way to go OP. I imagine most guys would love to find the same. Most of the conflict I hear is in the sifting, not in the settling down. There are certainly millions of great catches out there, but the camouflage makes them damn near impossible to discern from the rest. Well that's the point. I'm Catholic and consider the vows sacrament, but she's atheist and refused a catholic wedding. Since she never covalidated the marriage in the church I'd have grounds for an annulment from the bishop especially since we are not in marital relations, though it would bastardize my children. I'm about to be single after 20 yrs of marriage. This shit scares the hell out of me.
