That’s not really what the issue is. It’s much more simple. Violence, or the threat of it. Women everywhere have to worry about men freaking out when rejected and the possibility they could get violent over it

Nah, she’s doing it for attention. If you force her hand it will come off as needy and the answer will be no. Best thing to do is forget about her and focus on others. If she’s into him at all she’ll make a move or suggestion and if he plays it cool it could work out for him.

Don’t feed her attention. Next time she suggests meeting up, Tell her something along the lines of “it’d be fun to get together but last time you blew me off. My time is important and I’m not cool with that.” She’ll probably apologize/offer an excuse. If she still wants to meet up give it a shot and if she bails again, cut her off and move on. Right now she likely thinks she can play you and get your attention and stuff.
