Moving back in with your parents but then realizing you'd rather live with a ex would be a example of a failed backup plan without cheating. Sounds to me like she tested it and it didn't work so, now she wants to go back her default option. I do lack in that regard ,but I was very serious and used logic to try to show how this will end bad for him. Walking him step by step of how this process (greencard scams) works for some men and what it may turn them into.
