The historical tendency of women to only marry up in social structure or at least at the same level. This is a tradition that has been present in pretty much any somewhat developed human society on the globe, from ancient China to the Middle East to Europe. To me men are men, women are women, trans are trans. I will accept them not being considered men, but I won't consider them what I don't feel like they truly are, I'll just consider them something different and respect their rights and hope they aren't discriminated and are treated like everyone else. That should be enough as far as I'm concerned.
