This is a really great read. As someone who is on /r/seduction for self-confidence, social skills and maybe the occasional attraction, this really helped me.

Keep reminding yourself to. Over and over and over again. That's what I'm doing and I've been getting results.

If you really want that, then I'd suggest avoiding clubs and parties. People have met their love of their life at places like those but most people go there for short-term fun.

Yea. Canned routines just seem so fake to me. The confidence to get women is what I"m after. If she's not into me, whatever. I don't need a routine for that.

It is cringey because we have memories of us in college or highschool doing the same thing.

"So, what, you're saying that I should pick up a book on how to get girls?" Only if step one in the book is "Start making yourself into the type of person girls want to be around." The seduction mentality in a nutshell.

Pickup Podcast. I really like Jordan and AJ's attitudes towards game.

Thanks. You're giving me more confidence to get out of my comfort zone. I'm gonna look around for things to do this winter.

Ah. So, going to these events with turned out well for you? I'm considering it since I haven't met a lot of people nearby who share the same interests.

I'm looking at meetup.com. As someone who has just started looking into improving my social skills, going to one of these events seems fucking terrifying.

I can see why. They're hot as hell and outgoing while a lot of other Asian girls are kind of shut-in.

I'm not a fan of Vanessa or your friend honestly.

A social person doesn't just talk to women.

I personally believe beta guy characteristics are really useful when you're in a committed relationship. Before that? It's a hindrance. EDIT: Many note that being beta during a relationship could make you a doormat. And yea, I agree. I'm referring to what dablac said about what society expects them to be. We learn from media how to be a good BOYFRIEND but never how to attract women.

To actually answer your question, approach anxiety.

Ah, it's fine, man. If you haven't been rejected in a while, it's gonna hurt. I say get used to it! She rejected you. It's her loss not yours. She lost a chance with you and you just lost more dates with a girl who won't see how awesome you are. You want a woman to date you because she wants you, right? So, my advice is get rejected more! Why? Because you have to see that getting rejected ain't no big deal and it happens to everyone. It will make acceptance so much sweeter, too! Get out there so…

Think about when the girl finds out they were picked up just for a Youtube vid. They would be pretty pissed.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
