Even if the child/teen enjoys the experience or even initiates flirting or whatever, it is the adult's responsibility to say no. Men's sports already have high viewership. I think the companies want to appeal to women as well. They know men are already watching the channel, so they want to attract women to buy tickets and other products too. I would also like to add there is a lot of content like this out there, of males and females. Some of it is for educational purposes and the patients consent to filming, but it is hard to know if they consented to being on YouTube specifically.
