Well, yes and no. Yes as obviously, it's easier to pop in some discussion and just be a shitty person if nobody knows who you are, but most platforms allow you to just block or report that kind of people. On the flip side, anonymity allows discussions to be far more open, even on matters that would otherwise be kept secret, and it's often very beneficial to be able to talk about those things. I tend to think that with the right tools, anonymity is almost 100% good. However, what unambiguously br…

I think you are even (way) more of an exception than the women described by OP. I'd genuinely like to be a "stay at home partner" as I'm very unhappy in most working environments and would vastly prefer taking care of the house / children then having some time left for personal projects that matter to me such as writing a book, but I never ever met a woman that would be ok with that. Career-driven women are looking for career-driven entrepreneur type men that are as - if not more - successful as…

If you were just saying that surviving a war makes you more attractive then I agree, I misunderstood you and thought you were telling that only alphas survived wars.

That's kind of stupid as being an "alpha" doesn't make you able to dodge bullets and being a "beta orbiter" doesn't necessarily make you physically weak and unable to survive a war. I prefear siding with the "God made men, Sam Colt made them equal" saying in regard of survival chances in a war.

I think it is very true. Just look at Maslow's pyramid, the recognition you get from society (including women) for who you are and what you do has an important place in it. At a personnal level, I feel it. When I was with my previous girlfriends I had goals in my life, I was willing to move forward, because I wanted to build up a loving family with them. I had motivation because I was doing it for an hypotetic future family, and not just for me. When I'm alone, I just go from an existential cris…

Well, the issue is less "that's the only type" than "they're the only ones that aren't already taken" in my case lol.

I think that it might just be because women are favored in the market, the average guy cannot be too picky if he wants to find a partner. But I think that you might have some bias as men in RP communities tend to look for casual sex and less about actual relationship. I'm looking for a real LTR and I do have expectations on personnality.

I don't care but we wouldn't match.

Well, my first ex girlfriend was "crazy", I mean that she litteraly had mental health issues, and that she wouldn't recognize it even if her parents sent her to a therapist and she had been diagnosed with bipolarity and other problems. So she just behaved like a shallow with me, as I was the closest person she had, the only one that was trying to help and that stayed no matter what, hoping she would get better. As she was in complete denial of her problems, she was trying to make me believe that…

My parents separated when I was one year old. I never knew them together, and they hated each other a lot. My mother tried to make me hate my father and did her best to make me see him the less possible, but I ended up asking to see him two weeks a month myself. I know nothing about my mother's sentimental or sexual life. My father has got numerous girlfriends over time, and I had issues accepting them until an advanced age, because some of them were pretty mean to me when I was young, and some …

I do like taller women (or at least I don't care), but taller women do not like me.

I feel the same. When I'm single, I get no attention from women at all. But when I'm commited in a relationship, some girls start to become flirty with me. The worst part is that these girls often were my ex's "friends". That's pretty indecent. More generally, I feel like women have some kind of "peer review" system when it comes to attraction. If their friends don't like you, they mostly end up dumping you, if their friends are attracted to you (or in a relationship with you) they get way more …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
