Often times, criminals are barred from making money from their crimes, such as book deals and what not.

I don’t think the charges are the same. This female judge is facing charges for obstructing ice in apprehending an illegal immigrant. The judge cano charges stem from him destroying evidence (apparently he smashed the illegal immigrants phone in pieces and threw it away, and allegedly he admitted to it) and I believe some gun charges for his role in the illegals immigrants possession of firearms, including a suppressor.

So your comparison is about how a man’s life in todays society actually gets ruined compared to how women used to be burned at the stake hundreds of years ago? That’s some ass backwards mental gymnastics right there.

A lot of them enter the country illegally (not at a port of entry) get caught, often on purpose. Technically they are illegal at that point, but bidens open border policy says to process them as though they entered at a port of entry. So it just depends on how you look at it, law or bidens policy. Keep sending em to the people who want them, it’s working out real well for em.

There is a problem when your speech is directly calling for violence. And I’m not talking about innuendoes, or dog whistles, or even flat out bigoted statements, but a direct call for hurting or killing of other persons, and that’s what’s happening when you are calling for genocide.

Not really, the plea agreement is between the prosecutor and the defendant (depending on the situation, laws/rules, judges are often in a position to approve/decline a plea agreement) and it really only locks down what charges they are going to be guilty of and not charged for. The sentencing is still up to the judge based on the crimes the defendant is now considered guilty of. Prosecutors will often ask for a certain sentence during a plea agreement, and judges will often grant their request, …

hey bro, you do you. if you think a violent rape of a child is the same thing as a child wanting to fuck their teacher, to each their own. you have your opinion, i have mine. me personally, i think you understand one is obviously worse, you are just too dug in to admit it.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/23 10:32 PM
1

Sounds to me you are the one minimizing the trauma of a kid violently raped by claiming a 13 year old who wants to duck their teacher and gets to do it is equally as bad.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/23 08:37 PM
1

Sorry, there is no way you are going to convince me that a 13 year old who is like “fuck yea, I want to bang my teacher” and does so is somehow as bad as a 13 year old being violently raped against their will.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/23 03:01 PM
1

Just because they are both considered child rape and they both damage a kid does not mean one can be worse the other.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/10/23 12:32 PM
1

Bruh, they are both rape, I have never said or argued otherwise, so stop trying to phase your statements as though that is what I was doing. When I say willingly having sex or wanting to have sex, I am talking about a kid who is not trying to prevent it from happening and even communicating that they want it to happen. The entire point is for me to express the difference between one using violence to make it happen and the other not, which you acknowledge. You can call that whatever you like, it…

“13 year old wants to and goes along with having sex with an adult”. Vs. “13 year old does not want to have sex with an adult, adult uses physical force to forcibly rape the 13 year old while it kicks and screams in defiance” your description of those two scenarios: They are different but neither is worse then the other. Out of curiosity, how exactly are they different? You keep on harping about me using the term willing, so how would you describe it while also sticking to your opinion they are …
/r/PussyPassDenied16/10/23 10:02 PM
1

Ok, so you think raping a kid with violence and physical force is technically different then raping a kid who wants to have sex, which is what happened in the case of this 13 year old boy. I don’t see how someone can hold the opinion that raping a kid with violence is not worse…. But you do you.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/10/23 08:59 PM
1

My definition of agreeing is you saying it is “technically true”. You said it yourself, the violence of one scenario makes it worse, how is that controversial?
/r/PussyPassDenied13/10/23 07:26 AM
1

My entire point is simple, one is worse then the other, which you agreed to… kudos to you
/r/PussyPassDenied13/10/23 02:22 AM
1

So now my entire point here is “technically true”. so, why all the fuss on arguing against it? I mean shit, I made it plainly clear, from my initial comment, and many more afterwards, that both scenarios are wrong, and yet you still couldn’t comprehend that one scenario was worse then the other. And yet here you are now, agreeing that one is in fact worse then the other.

I am not making the argument a child can legally consent to sex. I understand they can’t. Just because a child can’t legally consent to something, does not mean they can’t want it (even if they reach that point through some form of grooming/coercion). An adult having sex with a child who wants it and willingly goes along with it is not the same thing as an adult who physically forces a child, as it is kicking and screaming to try and stop it, into sex. If you think those two are the same thing y…

I’m not saying these aren’t both types of rape, but it seems pretty clear this 13 year old boy was ok with these sexual interactions. You can call me a pedo all you want, but you are the one trying to minimize a young child being forcibly raped against their will by saying it’s the same thing as when the kid wants it.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/10/23 08:57 PM
1

Kind of jacked up you think forcibly raping a kid is no different then mere statutory rape of a willing kid. But some of us live in the real world where we can tell there is a difference. It’s kind of sad to know you are arguing for a mindset that minimizes a kid being forcibly raped against their will. Putting that violent and horrendous act at the same level of a kid wanting to have sex with an adult. You probably think pedophile is an offensive term too, and that we should call the MAPs…

But forced sex compared to wanted sex with a minor is still different, right? One is obviously more wrong then the other, right?

Theft is illegal. Murder is illegal. Are you going to sit here and say one isn’t worse then the other simply because ‘“they are both illegal”?
/r/PussyPassDenied11/10/23 11:28 PM

I didn’t disagree, but that has nothing to do with my comment
/r/PussyPassDenied11/10/23 06:00 PM
1

Where do you see me saying it is ok to fuck a 13 year old because they want it, nowhere. I’ve only said it was wrong, multiple times because you can’t comprehend it (so much for you multiple majors). And if your answer is no (that the two scenario’s are equally as bad) as you say, then you fucking agree with me Einstein.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/10/23 03:37 PM
1

What part of my comment suggests I would give onto a child’s urges and wants? My comment literally said it was wrong. Why don’t you stop making shit up and point out what part of my comment you actually disagree with? And why won’t you answer my question? Is an adult having sex with a 13 year old who wants to have sex with said adult JUST AS BAD as an adult forcibly/physically having sex with a 13 year old who doesn’t want to have sex? Are they the exact same in your mind? I am not asking you if…

/r/PussyPassDenied11/10/23 01:51 AM

You convienetly left out the part where I said they are both wrong, color me shocked. That aside, let’s be clear, you think they are equally as bad? You think a kid wanting to have sexual with an adult and doing so is the same as an adult physically restraining a kid and forcing sex? If you think those two things are the same, you are the one minimizing this shit. Wouldn’t surprise me if you think these people are just MAPs too.

/r/PussyPassDenied11/10/23 01:14 AM

So in the two different scenarios i mentioned above, they should get the same criminal sentence, or do you think one warrants a heavier jail sentence then the other?
/r/PussyPassDenied10/10/23 09:23 PM
-184

You do realize that that a 24 year old forcing a 13 year old to have sex is not exactly the same thing as a 24 year old having sex with a 14 year old when the 13 year old wants to have sex? Obviously they are both wrong, but let’s not pretend they are equally as bad.

You can cover something and it be moot, I don’t think you know what moot means, irrelevant. It’s a very simple concept. Whether or not a person has ever disarmed a knife (or scissors) attacker is irrelevant (moot) to that persons opinion a cop shooting a knife attacker is wrong. Kind of like how your defense of this opinion is irrelevant, or moot, to my criticism of your arguments. Yea, you said a bunch of shit to try and defend yourself, but it was irrelevant garbage. You literally said “don’t criticize how he does his job”. Regardless of whether or not someone has experience in something is not the key point to focus on when discussing whether something is right or wrong, and you are leaning on that way too hard to make the argument he is wrong. Yes, you might not want to take electrical advice from someone who is not an electrician, but it is very different when we are talking about something this is a visible action and reaction to something. At the end of…

I disagree with the argument of “don’t criticize the cops on how they do their job because you aren’t one”. It doesn’t make any sense. By that same logic, us non cops can never criticize a cops actions. I say stick to the core of what’s at discussion, and that is the fact he shot someone posing an imminent and deadly threat. Same with the ‘when you disarm a knife wielding attacker coming at you, then you have room to talk’ comments. even if the person you are commenting to did in fact disarm a k…

You understand a taser can very easily not do shit and now you’ve got a person closing in on you with a sharp object trying to stab you? Right? I’ll bet if there was a woman with a pair of scissors closing in on one of you loved ones, with the observable and the very reasonable belief that she was going to stab them, and a cop was standing by, how would you want them to handle it? Option 1, use a taser. This includes the risk that taser may be ineffective, which means the attacker might make it …
