In literally the most free country in the world, where people like her (white, rich women) still feel oppressed. They have no idea how good they have it, just regurgitating whatever woke bs a commie professor told them at college once to hit lt and quit it

Depends where you live. Out in the northwest (where I live) yes elk/deer heavily regulated. In the northeast, over population can actually be a nuisance and out of season hunts do get authorized. So there's game out there. In a true SHTF everything is fair game. Some animals that previously cause aversions (possum, beaver, rats) look good to a survivalist. More "modern" types would have a hard enough time catching smaller critters let alone building up the stones to eat roadkill. So, as long as …

Collapse and metamorphosis are two different things. American society is going through a weird and dangerous phase, where civil unrest and no morals are normalized. There is still a chance that the conventional and traditional American values will hold true and Trump will win in November, but if SHTF here's some tips... Knowledge is currency. The more you know how to do, the less you need in your kitbag. There's no excuse in 2020 to not know how to do something, you can YouTube everything. Learn…

Their "shining example" is female run New Zeland, which is seeing a resurgence of covid cases btw. So an island, with not a whole lot of traffic and trade coming through, and with a population a fraction of New York City (roughly 18mil vs 4.5 mil), is considered "great" in combating a bad flu compared to the United States...a country with over 320 million people... Yeah, no, get out of here with that bullshit. The whole covid thing is nothing more than a plot to destabilize the global economy an…

Her days in office are numbered. The great red wave is coming again, and the silent majority will vote. She might still hold her seat because of liberal shills in her district, but being the minority party she'll be nothing more than an annoying voice coming from the kiddie table while the grown ups make America great again

The Trump Curse strikes again. Hopefully soon we can stop pretending scary virus is serious to the majority of the population and get back to normal. Leadership needs to admit they were wrong instead of continuing to double down on lockdown measures to justify themselves

Got my car worked on today (live in the south), and talked to two black guys in the waiting room. BLM came up, and they both agreed that it makes them uncomfortable when people (especially white, liberal women) jump on the crusade of the month for clout and virtue signaling. They also were both angry at LQBT alphabet people hijacking what they feel is their movement and making it about them, just because BLM is what's cool now. You'll find Interesting perspectives outside of the internet in the …

When you have it as good as white women in western society have it, then you look for things to be "oppressed" over because your life is so boring and easy. They jump on the blm train, LGTBQ alphabet, or whatever crusade of the month is

Not sure about your lifestyle choices, but a few simple yet impactful things have already been mentioned. No alcohol, drink plenty of water, get plenty of restful and meaningful sleep, and exercise 4-5 times a week that you enjoy. For hormonal reasons, lifting heavy (properly) is best with HIIT workouts. But do something you enjoy doing. Eat the right stuff, there's no secret but good fats and proteins and lots of different colors on your plate go a long way. And acknowledge that it is going to …

In a lot of ways war is better than real life. The raw emotion of it, the highest of highs and lowest of lows, and the only thing that matters is the man to your left and right. You learn to love someone more than you do yourself. To learn so much about the human condition at such a young age is so profound, and to realize that the stress behind paying bills, finishing that paper on time, or preparing the house for the in laws is just frivolous bullshit compared to what mattered when you were a …

I don't think it is as bad as it is made out in America. There really is a silent majority out here, and what you see on the news is just a few liberal cities on a few blocks of demonstrations. If anything these events may have red pilled more people, and you can see it in gun sales which have been higher than ever. I think it's all premeditated insurrection in an election year. Say what you want about Trump, but he is very anti PC and anti left wing and they'll do anything to try to get rid of …

We (not mgtow but the west in general) are glued to the media and absorb all their left wing, identity politics garbage and indoctrinate our kids from age 5-24 in liberal education system to constantly have dissent. Women in general, but especially young women are much more susceptible to the left leaning propaganda at colleges than free thinking men. American liberalism and female behavior are pretty similar. Government (men) takes care of you and you dont have to give anything in return just exist. I have found better looking women are more center/right than average to ugly women. For what it's worth

The riots and looting are definitely centralized attacks. Chicago PD radios got jammed last night during a mass loot, a mild setback for them only, but enough to demonstrate coordinated and well funded operarions going on. Something that doesn't happen reactively but rather planned out well in advance. Today Clinton is testifying "under oath" (she'll lie) about her involvement in the email scandal makes you wonder if we'll hear about it in the news with all this going on

Lack of Impulse control in a microwave society. Women especially, but guys too want something and get it immediately and often are too lazy to prepare healthy produce when they can order a pizza or some other crap food. Most young women cant even cook. They can't create, just consume

https://books.google.com/books/about/The_Hundred_Year_Marathon.html?id=grGMAwAAQBAJ No problem. Here is a book outlining China's 100 year plan. Under the guise of capitalism, China is investing in American businesses, buying land, influencing education, and buying media outlets. In china no business is independent from the government. Therefore the CCP pulls the strings and is the one behind all these investments Here's a documentary on Netflix about a Chinese company buying an American factory …

Socrates wrote frequently on the merits of physical training. Even back then, he and others realized the physiological and psychological impact physical training has on a person. The journey of setting a goal for yourself, working towards that goal, and ultimately achieving that goal and moving on to a new challenge is an amazing and fulfilling experience. And it is a journey, not a destination, because your training is never complete. Not everybody will have 6 pack abs or 22 inch biceps or run …

You can't go wrong with progressive overload on your major compound lifts, i.e. squat, deadlift, etc. I would do squats with 5/3/1 split of your own invention. Same as deadlifts, but split them up into 2 different days. Straight leg deadlifts as an accessory would be ok to do with squats, but going heavy on deadlifts and squats the same day is unnecessary and could burn you out if you aren't an experienced lifter. 5/3/1 is flexible, easily tracks progress, and gets you stronger. Here's a sample …
