2	How to like yourself/be happy? Try watching the movie Soul. It's an animated, Disney Pixar movie, but it has some really powerful insights into finding peace and happiness in life. I know it really opened up my mind and made me think. My other piece of advice would be to find out what gives you a sense of real purpose in life. For me, it was a combination of learning my Mbti (Myers-Briggs) personality type, and finding an occupation that fit with my personality.
