How do you imagine failure vs. victory? Repost from r/decidingtobebetterOK, but you're talking about getting a six pack, which just about anyone can do as far as calories in vs calories out. It's gonna make pretty much everyone feel better and be healthier. What if you're attempting something less certain to improve your life? Here's something I've QUIT. For the past 3 and a half years of college I've been a pre-med student. I worked my ass off, missed sleep, lost 30 lb (mostly muscle) in a semester, got addicted to adderall and cigarettes, kicked those, ended up di… | /r/seduction | 27/01/14 05:51 PM
Why women lose the dating gameThis is an interesting point. Value gets discussed on this board a lot, displaying high value as a means of increasing attraction. But value is perceived relatively, so a low value person might see an average person as high value. Does this mean that game itself is zero-sum? | /r/seduction | 25/10/13 10:22 PM
Why You Have No FriendsIt's hard for me to give you any useful advice without knowing you, but I guess I can give you a couple things to consider. Are you inviting people to things that they would enjoy? A big part of getting that 'yes' is knowing what people like--if you're inviting musicians to physics lectures, more often than not you're gonna be disappointed. Another thought is how often are you reaching out to people? I know one guy in particular that texts me once or twice a semester, and I've been somewhat flak… | /r/seduction | 18/04/13 01:51 PM
Why You Have No FriendsMost people always cancel. If I invite 20 or 30 people to something I'll expect maybe 7 or 8 to actually show. Are you in college? I am, and people are fucking busy, or tired, or sometimes just not in the mood to do anything at all. It's not about you, it's about them, and you shouldn't get discouraged. If you're a cool person who invites people to cool stuff, they'll say yes next time. | /r/seduction | 17/04/13 10:40 PM
Approaching a "mean" or "cold" girl..it's like the whole interaction was a stream of shit tests.Obviously made-up, terminal illness is a classic mystery method time constraint: "hey guys I have to go meet my friends for chemotherapy and bucket list editing in a sec but I just needed your opinion about my roommate..." | /r/seduction | 07/01/13 04:40 AM
How to Live Without Irony. Cross-Post from r/Psychology. This is a good article for inner game on a META level."Bro, do you even thrift?" | /r/seduction | 19/11/12 03:21 AM
Inability to make friends. Here's how I see it. If OP said he spent too much time reading and not enough time socializing, there'd be a lot of people suggesting he put down the books and go make friends. But I'd disagree and say that he should keep reading, and use his literary knowledge to make awesome conversations. It's about completely changing the way he likes to spend his time, vs using the way he already spends his time to meet people. Of course either method can be successful, but I wanted to give my take. | /r/seduction | 22/09/12 07:14 PM
| -7 | Inability to make friends.stop smoking weed. It is not helping you to be social Strong disagree right here. If anything, pot makes me more talkative and adds a heathy dose of goofiness to any interaction. Plus, I've met tons of people at college parties just by being the dude with weed. Whether it's chatting with some people and heading up to a room upstairs to hang and rip a bong, or just pulling out a spliff in a crowded backyard and watching people come say hi in hopes of getting a hit, marijuana has all the social lu… | /r/seduction | 22/09/12 05:46 PM |
I was trying to just mess with people and ended up somehow pulling in an HB7...I can decide whether I want to make out with someone in about 6 seconds. Maybe things like personality, status, goals, and whatever else are important to you when you're deciding who you want to french kiss, but they aren't for me. I am shallow and decide solely based on looks. If we're compatible enough physically, then I start thinking about really getting to know the girl, but usually that happens naturally if we're a good fit for each other. Making them meet my needs? I don't want to make an… | /r/seduction | 31/07/12 10:53 PM
I was trying to just mess with people and ended up somehow pulling in an HB7...He said in his post that he thought she was cute...what more can he say about a girl he literally just met? | /r/seduction | 31/07/12 09:57 PM
What has caused you to say "no" to an attractive woman trying to sleep with you?Nobody shoots heroin because they lack "self control". Addiction is an extreme reaction to a life so shitty that the addict feels that a drug like heroin, one of the most dangerous psychoactive drugs around, is the only thing that can temporarily numb out their misery. Everyone has problems and everyone makes mistakes, and acting like addicts are somehow below the rest of us because of theirs is pretty ignorant. | /r/seduction | 23/05/12 06:56 PM
What has caused you to say "no" to an attractive woman trying to sleep with you?Fair point, though if she went to the trouble to get clean I'd assume she got tested for all the diseases...then again, maybe not. Stigmatization of drug abuse just rubs me the wrong way--addicts need sympathy, not scorn. | /r/seduction | 23/05/12 06:47 PM
What has caused you to say "no" to an attractive woman trying to sleep with you?You met a girl who was enough of a bad ass to quit taking one of the most addictive drugs in the world after being so hooked that she was injecting it directly into her veins, and somehow interpreted that as a character flaw? | /r/seduction | 23/05/12 01:16 PM
