I perceived it to be a last minute arm “blockade” which is quite clear of you watch it in slow motion. He then continued to grab her as she tried to push forward past his arm. To be fair you are right my language was a bit over exaggerated, sadly I feel like this is what is required to be heard because the other side over exaggerates everything. She was charging at senior government officials and was a very credible security threat, she could have thrown acid or more likely a milkshake but maybe even stabbed or poisoned the senior government officials she was charging for.
