Drive your focus on why you needed the attention from her further. You really want someone around that will treat you like dirt from heading off an indirect advance? You did her a favor being the "bad guy" rather than her having to reflect on what she is lacking for a guy that she was obviously attracted to. You don't date in the work place because you loose control of the narrative and she can control how people will perceive you by having enough credibility to demolish yours. You want the beta…

One I managed to use with a girl that gained a small amount of weight: "Oh, you just bought those pants? Those are your new fat pants?"

Much like your previous two comments, this just sounds like trolling and a straw man argument. Entitlement can be rapey therefore all entitlement is rapey. Google: Post hoc ergo propter hoc. If all entitlement is intrinsically rapey, you must be very rapey if you use publicly funded roads. What makes you think you're entitled to use public infrastructure that was paid for and built before you were able to pay enough taxes to be... entitled to use it? I suppose using this logic, you should have t…

So, two good questions, what's the difference between female and male entitlement? And who could benefit from overstepping conventional personal boundaries? Female entitlement could be described as AF/BB, taking half your assets at the end of a relationship, and expecting emotional commitment from a man that isn't getting any consideration in return (friend zone). All of these are highly self interested. Male entitlement can be blamed for unwanted persistence, but that same persistence shows tha…

Being an ass and not owning up to slighting someone else shows entitlement. Entitlement is part of a positive mind set that values oneself, which is what the OP needs to work on. Do I suggest everyone walk into people and completely disrespect their boundaries? Nah, just the people that would derive personal development from it.

One is refocusing on the vanity of the person that isn't interested in furthering contact, the other is shifting blame on someone that's clearly not at fault... These examples were bought up in reference to how re-framing works. It doesn't have to be a good re-frame, simply one that gives you the advantage... If you feel these are somehow offensive, you haven't had much first hand experience with female hamstering.

Been ignoring it, she inserts herself into my conversations with others where I have repeatedly passed the shit test. She's generally gives me the fucking hebegebees and ruins my ability to maintain outgoing frame.

Her hamster allows her to believe it's all jokes and giggles and that we are just friends. It's more like the motive is to lower my SMV for a laugh. I kept frame for 2 weeks and would make her and other women laugh at how I would re-frame her shit tests. Problem is, I can't help but withdraw socially when she's around. How do you confront the continual shit tests as unwanted and disrespectful while not coming across as being "sensitive?" I suppose you could boil is down to "TL:DR : how to get pa…

My problem revolves around an orbiter that poison drips. Drawing attraction out of her treating me like shit isn't helping. How do you shut out unwanted shit tests that come flying out? It's as if she's trying to prove to herself that I'm not an appealing option because she's conflicted about already having a boy friend... It's like Beta male shaming without trying to provoke it.

A good perspective to have also is the nature of being outgoing. It's weird to think about mentioning the weather out loud while you in line at the bank or starbucks, but that's a great venue to work on expressing "narrative." "So glad I wasn't running late this morning, wasted fifteen minutes having to defrost my windshield it was so cold!" You're stating surface level things about yourself. It's open for anyone to respond to but so unimportant, If they don't you can't really take it personally…

Positive re-frame challenge... "car broke down?" Eh, I didn't want to go to work today anyway. "You won't give me your number?" . I'm glad I won't have to hear about your cracking nail polish anymore. "Taxes ruined all the overtime on my last check!" Well, my tax return will be that much fatter this year. -Do it with absolutely everything for a week as practice. -Another challenge, avoid apologizing for a week. bump into someone while texting "Would You Watch Where You're Walking?" said with a j…
