Male victims often don't get a chance to reach out for help out of fear, and rightly so. They aren't taken seriously, and told it's their fault (you're a man, of course you wanted it.) You're right about not jumping to conclusions, but OP said he was definitely raped. I think he should take all necessary actions of someone who was raped. He has a witness who says he saw her performing sexual acts on his incapacitated friend. I dunno. I can't help but think that if this was a woman, she would have gone to the ER by now, and the alleged rapist would probably be arrested. 26	Gender neutral "Be Smart" rape prevention campaign does not exclude male victims! Ireland doing it right. Maybe their view is that there isn't any reasoning with a potential rapist, but I saw some PSA's recently that appealed to potential rapists by clearly defining what rape is (if they're passed out drunk, they can't consent) but if I remember correctly it was directed toward men. I would like to see something like that, but gender-neutral or directed toward women, as I imagine plenty of men wake up after a hard night out realizing they might have been sexually assaulted but don't say anything.	/r/MensRights	08/12/13 03:19 AM
