Wow, do you live in the US? I live in Sweden and there is a similar problem here that for some people they send out job applications but get always get denied because of factors. There are guides on how to improve your job application but companies need to lower their standards, use absurd AI and other stuff and must stop discrimination against men

I think it is because historically in the west but also many parts of the world today men have had more rights and privileges while women were often abused and beaten. That is part of the left wing political ideology today of intersectionality where white heterosexual men are seen as the biggest oppressors in society because of historical reasons and every other group is seen as helpless victims.
