Yes, there's something about changing venues with a date...especially if it's like walking distance. The idea with this, is subconsciously, it will feel like a 2nd/3rd date, and usually by 2nd/3rd date...they end up in bed with you. It's dumb to "start" dating at 35. Dating takes experience, and "learning" from past experience...which means correcting mistakes you've made. However I do think a 35 yr old with more experience would attract a 28 yr old easier if they are more stable, and has more experience.
