Most if not all men apart from degenerates can at least receive joint custody vis a vis decision making and generous visitation. However the default position in most states is that unless the mother is incapable or a risk to the children she retains physical custody. 1	How is using "the best interest of the child" to force a man who DNA shows is not the father, to continue paying support, any different than just pairing any random man with supporting any random child? It would be just as much in the interest of that child wouldn't it? First of all, I think that is a uniquely bad law and outcome.
