4	Nice try though. I don't think it's too much of a problem, tbh. Pick a spot where we're certain it's not a person, but where someone could still actually know that they're pregnant (such a window does exist). Then just pick a time. You're right that there will be some arbitrariness to it, but I think picking a spot where women still have the right to an abortion, yet we're still certain there's isn't an actual human being killed, is a bigger step forward than doing nothing because of edge cases. I don't like how a lot of pro-choicers try to make this issue as if it's about hating women, or some other such non-sense, but I think it's quite reasonable to say that a woman should be allowed to choose what she wants with her own body. Maybe you can build in some exceptions for a more developed fetus; maybe around the third trimester, or around the time a central nervous system forms. Only one guy from my past comes to mind, but we're not friends and he had a host of other problems. on the other hand, I've known more women who have no qualms yelling and getting visably bothered by 'small' things, or being openly passive agressive, or berating their partners in front of others.
