This bears repeating. Your value should not be determined by your outward "achievements". They are only an asset to your inner value. I love this quote - "Tend to your garden, and the butterflies will come."

I'm in the exact situation too. While it sucks and it hurts, esp when conversation was flowing so well. Thing is, don't let this get to you. We all need to realize that girls inherently do not care about us as individuals, unless we provide something to them. By virtue of being left on read, it's over. Don't hide your feelings either. Let yourself sink into how you're feeling, digest it, write about it, whatever. Be honest to yourself. Then move on. Forget her. Even if she texts you back. Reply …

Ghosting is completely different imo. Unless she actually told you that she's not interested over tinder and you still continue to chase her, a girl who ghosts you is not worth your time or mental capacity.

Sometimes it takes people less time/heartbreaks to realize that happiness is within. These are also the same people who take time to reflect on what went wrong and what they did wrong.

For every pretty person out there, is someone who's tired of their shit. Observe said girl in whatever environment. Find something to critique about her. Something you're better at than she is (within reason). Often times, just a quick conversation would reveal enough to find something negative about her. Don't worry about going to the extreme of being "too critical". Just as long as you don't stay in that state and become bitter

Be upfront and please please please make sure she understands. Else you risk looking like Summer from 500 days of Summer

I heard that charisma is how you make people feel around you. Eg, making people think they're funny by laughing whenever they make a joke; smiling a lot at them. Charisma On Command on Youtube has some pretty solid tips too. Dan Bacon has tons of Great content on his channel too. Bottom line is to be genuine and happy with yourself, and it'll shine through to others. That's magnetism.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
