1	[Question] Anxiety is destroying life What I noticed when I used to take SSRIs was that they leveled me out. I didnt have as many highs and lows. Also, the anxious thoughts either go away or you begin to not care about them. You realize that they are illogical and brush them off. You will still get anxiety but it’s a lot easier to handle. I don’t take pills anymore because I feel like they are a crutch and you’ll never overcome your fears with them. But they work, temporarily.	/r/seduction	30/09/17 08:29 PM
